Challenge vs. Opportunity
MTN does face an uphill battle - not least of which is adapting to brand new management - but it also can view those challenges as opportunities. I particularly like your advice to investors to get out of the company's way. I don't know the specifics of MTN's relationship with its board and largest shareholders, but they should definitely allow the new management time to reshape the company and act on those visions. While MTN cannot afford to relax and take its time, it takes more than a few weeks to shift direction, especially at a large SP.
