Agreed. A notable characteristic of African markets isn't as much that they're predominantly wireless - though that's notable in its own right, of course. It's that they are highly flexible, multi-technology, "whatever works" constructs. Africa will see a patchwork of access technologies to make broadband work. What's interesting here is that fibre access will probably be the most prominent wireline broadband option - one wouldn't necessarily have bet on that only a couple of years ago...
