Good morning Mr.CEO

My name is Babalwa Koyo i decided to complain to you after i was rejected from mtn in waterfront in cape town.Regarding to my cell phone number that was given to someone else without my permission.I BOUGHT my cellphone as a cash in 2015 & i have used that number since then until 01-March 2022 on the 02-Mrach 2022 i notice that my number has been cancelled by mtn.AFTER that i call mtn number 135 and the advice me to go to the nearest store & i did that to waterfront store by they told me to go to the police station to do tha affivadit & i did then i send it to them.After 5days i go back to them &i notice they didnt send it to anyone to help me&all i get it was ignorence of saying i wont get my number back.

Please Mr CEO help me as u are the only hope right now i really need my number back as i am heartbroken.My number is :078 3391620. The treatment that i get there it was so painful&i was feeling like maybe is because i am the poor person.
