Despite the increase of subscription in the Nigeria Telecom market I noticed their is poor communication of information among Telecoms call center managers including agents and engagement on internet is mostly for gains , interest, and believes not what can I offer, the reason their is poor participation in e-commerce platform or online community especially Nigeria online community is so bad , some agent don't even reply emails so when a team cannot communicate in their dealings how can they win collaborations.
