it is always about the infrastructure isn't it. I really don't think it's a matter of people not wanting to adopt a new technology. The issue is really about accessibility and capability is going to be another big hindrance for all of the people that do have access to these technologies and devices. If they purchase an expensive phone, of course they are going to need some great connection to go along with it right?
